Jaime Ellertson brings more than 20 years of experience in leading high-growth software companies in the Software and Managed-Service Technology markets. His focus at Gomez is to drive the company’s strategic direction and to ensure that product and service offerings continue to be aligned with current and future customer needs.
Past positions for Ellertson include President and Chief Executive Officer of S1 Corporation (2000-2005), a top 100 software provider focused on the financial services markets. Prior to joining S1, Ellertson's successes include positions as chairman and CEO of Interleaf Corporation (1996-2000) where he grew the company from a mature provider of publishing software into a leading provider of XML based solutions. In early 2000, Ellertson led the successful merger of Interleaf into BroadVison for approximately $1 billion. Additional positions for Ellertson include founder and CEO/Chairman of Purview Technologies, Inc.; CEO of Tartan, Inc.; CEO of Openware Technologies; and founder and CEO/Chairman of Document Automation Corporation.
Ellertson holds several board memberships including S1 Corporation (NADAQ; SONE) and Danka (NASDAQ: DANKY), a leading document solutions provider. Recent community involvement has included participation as a Board Member for the Atlanta Academy, a private school in Atlanta, GA as well as charitable organizations including the Alexis de Tocqueville Society.
