Jaime Ellertson

President

Jaime W. Ellertson is President of the Gomez division. Prior to Compuware’s acquisition of Gomez in November 2009, he was CEO and President of Gomez since December 2005. From 2000 to July 2005, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President and a director of S1 Corporation, a provider of software for the automation of financial transaction processing. He was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Interleaf, Inc., a provider of software tools for e-content management, from 1997 until its acquisition by Broadvision, Inc. in April 2000, after which he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Worldwide Strategic Operations for BroadVision, Inc., a provider of self-service applications, until November 2000. Mr. Ellertson is a director of Danka Business Systems, PLC, a publicly traded provider of comprehensive document solutions software.

Imad Mouline

Chief Technology Officer

Imad Mouline has served as Chief Technology Officer since January 2006. From 2001 to October 2005, he was Chief Technology Officer of S1 Corporation, a provider of software for the automation of financial transaction processing. He was Director of Engineering of Interleaf, Inc., a provider of software tools for e-content management, from 1993 until its acquisition by Broadvision, Inc. in 2000, after which he served as Director of Engineering for the Office of the Chief Technology Officer for BroadVision, Inc., a provider of self-service applications, until 2001. Mr. Mouline holds a B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Edward Murray

Senior Vice President, Research & Development and Network Operations

Edward F. Murray has served as Senior Vice President, Research & Development and Network Operations since September 2007. From July 2003 to May 2007, he was Senior Vice President of Engineering for Witness Systems, Inc., a provider of workforce optimization solutions. From 1998 to 2003, he was employed by Webhire, Inc., a provider of on-demand human resource applications, as Chief Technology Officer, and Vice President of Development for Electronic Commerce. Mr. Murray holds an M.A. from Boston University and a dual B.S. from Bridgewater State College.

Bruce Reading

Senior Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations

Bruce M. Reading has served as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations since December 2007. Since joining Gomez in January 2004, he has served in a number of senior management capacities, including Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations, Chief Operating Officer and President. From 2002 to 2003, he was Executive Vice President, Regional Manager for the Americas of Access International Financial Services Inc., a provider of multi-currency application software for financial institutions. He was Vice President of Worldwide Sales of Cayman Systems, Inc., a provider of broadband gateway solutions, from 1999 until its acquisition by Netopia, Inc. in 2001. Mr. Reading received his B.S. from McMaster University.

Eric Schurr

Senior Vice President, Marketing

Eric Schurr has served as SVP Marketing since Dec 2008. From July 2007 to Dec 2008 he was VP Marketing and Direct Sales for Awareness, a provider of a social media marketing platform. From March 2005 to July 2007 he worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Greylock Venture Partners and ran a marketing consulting operation for startup companies. From 2004 to 2005 he served as VP worldwide marketing for the Rational software division of IBM, when IBM bought Rational Software, a provider of application development tools. From 1997 to 2004 he held various senior management positions at Rational Software, including Chief Marketing Officer. He was also VP Marketing and Product Management for SQA from 1992 to 1997, during which time SQA went public. Mr. Schurr received a BA from Depauw University in Greencastle, IN.
