Gomez Internet Scorecard rankings are intended to help consumers choose the online offering that best meets their needs, and are based on an objective research methodology designed to measure the customer’s experience when using a firm’s Web site to transact online. While Gomez Internet Scorecard rankings evaluate a number of criteria affecting customer confidence in ranked firms, including criteria that consider the financial strength of the firm based on publicly available information, they are not intended to serve as a measure of a firm’s business prospects.

2) User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Gomez.com Web site for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortuous or otherwise objectionable.
