Gomez University offers courses consisting of over 50 modules, covering a host of topics relevant to improving your ExperienceFirst™ skills and your company's performance. This program is available free of charge to all Gomez customers. The course modules are online and accessible 24/7.
Web Collaborative Sessions
Web collaborative sessions can be scheduled with a Gomez instructor. The training is on your account information and looks at your tests. Web training eliminates expensive, inconvenient travel and can be scheduled to meet your needs. Training can cover the Experience First Network, Charts, Alerts, and Script Recorder.
On Site Classes
On site classes can be scheduled with a Gomez instructor. The training is at your site using your information and tests. The training topics can be customized to the needs of your site.
Gomez Certification Program
Gomez XF Data Analyst certification enables professionals to distinguish themselves, by demonstrating in-depth knowledge and expertise in Gomez Performance Technology. It details how to use the Gomez technology to identify, diagnose, and communicate Web performance issues and strategies. In the certification process, you will identify performance and availability problems using the Gomez ExperienceFirst Platform. Training is available to help you pass the certification examination.
